Business Process Lead / Manager - Gloucester
Digital - Public Sector - SC / NPPV Clearance required

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Process Lead to join a large scale digital transformation project - you'll be identifying business and organisational change requirements and creating a structured methodology and delivery model. You'll be leading 3 Business Analysts and working with the Service Manager.

What experience should you have as Business Process Lead?
*You'll need a proven background of leading and managing business process design tasks
*Experience developing and delivering a Target Operating Model
*Ability to develop a structured business analysis and evidence capture plan for new business processes, in a digital/ technology environment
*Previous evidence of coordinating the work and outputs of a team of business analysts
*Experience assessing different options for service delivery
*If you have any experience of working in a digital change and government / justice / policing / intelligence environment this would be beneficial

Please note, the successful Business Process Lead / Manager will need either SC level or NPPV security clearance.
