Our client, based in central Bristol, is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join their thriving team.
The main purpose of the role is to identify and resolve issues, perform IT installations, carry out IT tasks and liaise with external vendors.

Working in a highly supportive and friendly environment, you will make use and develop your IT knowledge and skills and contribute to a successful organisation.

Duties will include:
-Respond to telephone incidents
-Maintain accurate records of actions taken
-Communicate regularly with users
-Perform basic Windows administration

Essential experience/knowledge
-MS Office experience
-Experience of troubleshooting of IT hardware
