An inspirational not-for-profit organisation is looking for a science graduate with a human biology or biochemistry degree to work with scientists from the medical community as a Publishing Assistant on a maternity cover contract, working on medical publications.

The role.

The successful science graduate will work with scientists, providing high-level administrative support to the publishing department. This is a multi-faceted role proect managing the publishing peer-review system making sure that the process is running quickly and efficiently; Scheduling and submitting editors' contributions; Managing databases and systems; And attending meetings and conferences to assist with the marketing of your publishing portfolio.

The experience we need.

- A science degree - preferably a human biology, medical or biochemistry degree.
- Some commercial administration experience would be desirable.
