Our client is an award winning architectural practice with expertise in developer led residential projects and retirement schemes. We`re happy to say that they now have a great opportunity for a Senior Residential Designer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Key requirements
-Competent in all aspects of housing layout design including hand drafting of feasibility work to cad production of planning application work.
-Good understanding of urban design and development issues.
-Creative yet commercial approach to problem solving.
-Comfortable in dealing with clients and external bodies.
-Good communicator and forward thinker.
-Good understanding of architectural design/ building construction desirable.
-Able to work to tight deadlines and meet/ exceed client expectations.
-Client focussed approach to all work.
-Cad proficient with good presentation skills.
