Bilfinger Europa Facility Management is a property and infrastructure support services company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services. Our team of over 3,500 people works on behalf of a diverse client base across a range of market sectors and service streams.

The main responsibility of the Marketing Co-ordinator (Retail Liaison Manager) is to play and active role in the delivery of the marketing and communications strategy at Quedam Shopping Centre specifically within the areas of Retail Liaison, Social & Digital, and Events Co-ordination.

This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:

Retailer Liaison Manager
As the Retail Liaison Manager, you'll be the first port of call for the retailers of Quedam Shopping Centre for all things marketing. It will be your responsibility to liaise with retailers to source content and assets for centre communications, as well as ensuring that we understand retail-trading performance so that our communications reflect the needs of our retail partners.

Social & Digital

You'll be responsible for management of our social media channels, communicating with our shoppers. Using our unique tone of voice, it will be up to you to ensure our social pages are bustling with relevant and engaging content.

More than this, you'll be in charge of planning out the social strategy on weekly, monthly and quarterly bases and ensuring it is integrated with Quedam Shopping Centre marketing campaigns across the channels. It will also be important to keep up to date with the social performance and tactics of competitors, as well as with activity in the social media world more generally.

It will be your responsibility to oversee and manage the promotional activity for Quedam Shopping Centre website, which includes ensuring that website content is up to date and relevant at all times, and to work closely with the creative agency for all creative design requirements.

In order to strive to constantly improve social and digital comms you will need to regularly report on social media performance and web traffic, so as to discover both successful trends and areas for improvement, and to ensure retail trading objectives and consumer acquisition objectives are being addressed.

On a monthly basis you will also be required to undertake analysis of the CRM database so as to effectively inform future email communications. Events Co-ordination This part of the role involves assisting in the planning of Quedam Shopping Centre community and promotional events. You will play an important part in the smooth running of events and some weekend attendance will be required.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate should be capable of working with minimum supervision and be able to be able to organise their own work priority schedule to deliver maximum efficiency.

The candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where people of all types may be encountered.

The candidate should be positive proactive and have a good back ground of be able to organise people and resources.

Whilst not essential it would be an advantage for a candidate to have experience in building commercial income and Marketing/Promotions
