Direct Sales Agent
We are currently recruiting for experienced Direct Sales professionals, or those who would like to enter the world of sales (NO sales experience required!)
We require Direct Sales Agents to work for a reputable breakdown recovery company based in Supermarkets, Shopping Centres, Motorway Service Stations and Exhibitions, selling our clients memberships.
The role as a Direct Sales Agent:
- Working face to face in a b2c environment engaging with customers
- Promoting and explaining the product range
- Acquiring new memberships
- Complying with FCA guidelines
- Working alone or part of a team as required
- Working towards and meeting KPI's
Rewards:
- Uncapped commission, average earning ??25-45k, in charge of own earnings
- Quarterly bonus
- ??40 per day training bonus for the 1st 20 days in the field, = ??250 bonus at 3 and 6 months
