Due to on-going business success and expansion a rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive with Our Client, a Franchise Approved Car Dealer in the Gloucester region.
Job Specification:
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working within a friendly team of 3 other New/Used Car Sales Executives in this role you will be required to sell new and used cars, add-ons and accessories, finance and insurance, and any other ancillary products with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advice customers of any delays. You are required to ensure demonstration vehicles are well maintained and available at all times. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranty, service arrangements, introduce customers to the after-sales team and demonstrate the cars features and offer any other support that may be required.
Applicant Specification:
To succeed in this role you will ideally have previous or present Car Sales experience (preferably within a Franchise Dealer environment), a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company and brand. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity.
For your hard work Our Client is offering a ??12,000 basic salary with an uncapped and realistic on-target-earning of ??35,000 - ??40,000 per annum alongside a company car, full manufacturer training/development, 30 days annual holiday allowance, a workplace pension scheme, and fantastic long term career prospects with a well-regarded and growing Dealer Group in the Gloucestershire region. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (one day off in the week agreed in advance), Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm and Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm with 1 in 3 worked
