Trust Fundraising Officer
37.5hrs per week (although our client would be willing to consider part-time applications)
Our client are searching for a highly motivated Trust Fundraising Officer to join its friendly and enthusiastic Major Gifts fundraising team. If you have a passion for writing and would like to use your relationship building skills to help people who are homeless, this could be the role for you.
Our clients vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions. As a homelessness charity and a housing association, the people the company help are at the heart of what they do. The company provide a bed and support to more than 2,600 people a night who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness.
In this role, you will develop trusts newsletters, fundraising applications and reports on their charitable work, and manage a broad portfolio of Trusts and Foundations with an ambitious financial target. With a love of writing and relationship management, you will also possess excellent organisational skills. Another key requirement is the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people at all levels, while promoting the values of the charity in all areas of your work.
