JUNIOR HEAD HOUSEKEEPER - COTSWOLDS - EXCLUSIVE COUNTRY INN - ??20,000 - ??21,000 PER ANNUM
Platinum Recruitment's Elite Division is currently representing a Luxury Country Inn in the heart of the Cotswolds and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Housekeeper to join their team.
Client
Our client is a 30 bedroom luxury country Inn in the heart of the Cotswolds. The property is part of a portfolio of boutique nationwide hotels. The property offers guest the opportunity to dine in their relaxed 2 AA Rosette restaurant offering afternoon tea.
Role
The role of Head Housekeeper will involve managing and motivating the housekeeping team, ensuring that their delivery of training and company standards are being met across the team. There should be a financial departmental understanding inclusive of effective stock and cost controls. As being part of the management team the role will involve ensuring that all guests' needs are anticipated where possible to enhance guest satisfaction. The role will involve overseeing a team on 6 Full Time members of staff with an Assistant Head Housekeeper beneath this role.
