Our client, a dynamic national organisation is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Gloucestershire operation on a full time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon previous experience whilst also developing professionally within an exciting and dynamic environment.
As a Business Analyst, your primary duties would involve providing analytical support to Projects and Programmes led by the Business Transformation team to ensure successful implementation.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
??? Reviewing and analysing proposed processes to produce "as is" and "to be" process maps and change specifications required for any business process or system change
??? Impact assessing new requests for change to enable the path of a project to be determined as well as go live timescales
??? Supporting Managers with the development of plans
??? Using models for commercial assessments, volumetric, resource planning, time planning and rollout metrics
??? Preparing materials for and undertaking targeted presentations and workshops facilitating requirements gathering
??? Working closely with operational and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) teams to ensure requirements can be sufficiently tested
??? Working closely with the Technology Team to develop necessary requirements
Skills and knowledge:
??? Proven, hands-on experience in a similar Business Analyst role
??? Working knowledge of project methodology
??? Project Management qualification or relevant Business Analyst qualification ideal
??? Ability to understand and resolve complex issues
??? Exceptional written skills - ability to understand and document user requirements effectively and with great attention to detail
??? Highly organised
??? Ability to identify alternative solutions/approaches to complex issues
??? Exceptional analytical skills - ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, draw conclusions and present meaningful analysis
??? Ability to anticipate issues and put plans in place to tackle these
??? Self-motivated and tenacious approach to managing change
??? Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build partnerships across internal departments
??? Strong commercial acumen
??? Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, deadline orientated environment
