I am working with one of our Watford schools to secure them an excellent Year 2 teacher for January.
This is a maternity leave post starting early to mid January until the end of the academic year. There is a very strong possibility that the role will extend past September if you're interested.

The current teacher is extremely well organised and records everything really well. This means planning has been really easy for the class. At her lesson observation, she was rated as Outstanding so you can rest assured that you're taking on a class that are inspired, engaged and energised.

You'll take on lesson planning for the rest of the academic year but a handover period will give you plenty of time to really embrace this.

Preparation of the children for their SATS is really important as they go in to the next term.

The children are reaching Age Expectations with great teaching and brilliant Additional Adult Support.

Can you take on this class and continue their great start in Year 2? Can you scaffold the lower attainers? Can you help T&G master their skills?
