Sales Manager (Luxury Retirement Villages)

Compass Associates are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to work in a 6* luxury retirement village selling their high end apartments. This new build project is under way and is expected to open its doors in mid 2017. This is state of the art facility and requires a sales professional with previous experience selling retirement living property.
The successful applicant will need to be a driven and enthusiastic individual, Someone who is able to work autonomously and exceed set targets. This role is purely a relationship management and sales role and will involve dealing with initial enquiries and giving tours around the village / apartments. The client group will likely be high net worth individuals.
In exchange my client is offering a salary of ??35,000 - ??40,000 + substantive commission
This role is based in Cirencester and is commutable from Swindon, Gloucestershire, Stroud and Bristol
