Assistant Site Manager- Tetbury
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join an Award Winning Housing Developer in Tetbury, Gloucestershire.
The ideal candidate with have a Residential Background and experience in assisting the management of a medium sized Housing Project. Duties may include:
???You will report directly to the Site Manager on all matters relating to the day to day running of the development.
???You will always adopt the highest level of professionalism to carry out the duties expected of him/her.
???You will assists with responsibility for the required standards of Health and Safety, protection of works, presentation and quality of the product. Working to the agreed build programme and financial parameters set by the divisional Board of Directors for the particular development.
???Liase with Labour & Trades as well as Subcontractors on a daily basis.
