Principal Consultant
Technical Resources are looking for a Principle Consultant for one of our most prestigious clients. Based from a single site in Warwickshire, with an initial contract of no less than 3 weeks, our client has every expectation this role will extend well in to the new year.
Due to the immediate start date the successful applicant must already be SC cleared BEFORE application.
Responsibilities:
You will be required to undertake the following tasks
- Detailed Design including; patching schedules, IP addressing schema, firewall rules etc.
- Raising change requests; managing changes through review processes
- Implementing changes; Nexus 7K configuration, Firewall rules, Creating and carrying out test plans
Applicants should have a strong background in the following technologies:
-Nexus 7K; VDC, OTV, vPC, ITD
-Nexus 2K Fabric Extenders
-BGP, VRFs
-Cisco Firepower/ASA Firewall experience is beneficial
-General understanding of security solutions (scanning, log collection etc.)
