Position Overview

Provide an efficient and effective support service in respect of all administration and relevant office duties. The efficient and effective operations of the contract, liaising with the senior management team.

Support the project team across different contracts.

Responsibilities

* Document Control
* Ongoing administrational support to the Senior Management
* General office management duties to ensure the daily operations of the working environment
* Prepare weekly/monthly reporting and collate information in agreed formats
* Support in the delivery of the Communications Strategy and Plan
* Develop excellent lines of communication to all members and staff with the ability to build relationships fast
* Work closely with other departments to ensure effective delivery of service
* Establish and develop office procedures and processes
* Maintain databases and contact lists

What we are looking for

* Previous experience in administrative roles
* Document control experience
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated
* Attention to detail
* High standard of literacy skills
* Proven track record in planning, organisation and time management
* Confident working with senior management, clients and customers
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality
