HR Manager

Due to a phenomenal period of growth a very exciting position has been formed with a really fantastic FMCG company. Due to the expansion of their successful operation they need an experienced senior HR professional to play a crucial part in the plans for their new site.
They're looking for a really good organiser who can see this project through to completion and onwards. Recruitment will be a key focus in the first months of your role, so you'll need to be prepared to really get stuck in and get a great understanding of the company, both strategically but also from an operational stance. If the prospect of this excites you and you've got a proven recruitment background from blue collar to management, let's chat. However, I'm ideally looking for a person who can oversee this site from a rounded HR perspective so a full CIPD is essential. The culture of this business is what really sets it apart - everyone is fantastic at what they do - and you will need to be too!
You'll also work closely with the current Head of HR on driving engagement, development and discussing and shaping the vision for the future of the business.
This brand is something different, I'm looking for people who can think big and have a "nothing's a problem attitude". This is such an important recruit to the business which could make or break the expansion plans if you don't get it right. Of course, the utmost support and training is offered but you have to be able to shoulder responsibility and thrive in a fast paced environment.
