Sales Executive - Cheltenham

Salary ??25,000 - ??30,000 plus bonus, pension and private healthcare

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales person to join an award winning, leading UK business. The company provides high-end products to a vast amount of industries to include Education, Sports, Petroleum, Hospitality and the Public Sector. With a turnover that exceeds ??16m and a sales pipeline that is growing year on year, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their career.

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years' experience of achieving sales targets within a commercial environment. We would be especially keen to hear form people who have gained experience from within the food service / catering equipment / high value capital equipment industry. Please don't let this deter you if you are at the top of your game and feel you have the ability to make the transition in to a new area of product sales. Full training will be given and you will also benefit from working in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

* Working with B2B clients from a diverse range of industries to sell a high-end, semi-technical product range
* Develop new opportunities and markets through productivity such as account management, sales calls, networking, reading of trade press and general business development
* Mainly office based and regular external visits to clients

Skills/Requirements:

* Proven sales experience, researching, qualifying and converting incoming enquiries into new sales
* Develop consultative business relationships at all levels
* Articulate and fluent communicator (written and oral) with the desire to get it right first time
* IT literate / Microsoft Office
* Self-motivated and very driven to succeed in sometimes challenging circumstances
* Detailed and methodical approach
* Numerate
* Adaptable, trustworthy, reliable, contentious and great relationship builder
* Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times
* Happy to go the extra mile
