Tenancy Enforcement Manager sought for leading UK Property Management company

Role will be based at their Milton Keynes offices.

The Role

The Tenancy Enforcement Manager will support & provide guidance & assistance to the Team, ensuring customers abide by the terms of their tenancy agreement and identify any tenancy breaches.

Role will include conducting and preparing legal paperwork for the organisation by gathering appropriate evidence and the issuing of Court Applications.

You will take responsibility in enforcing the conditions of tenancy and challenge community safety issues which may arise, so that the company’s assets are maintained and neighbourhoods are safe and a pleasant place to live.

The Person
 

Ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal communication skills to support customer relations both internally and externally. You should have the ability to manage your own workload & work independently managing key relationships with other teams.

You need you to have an understanding of the County Court rules and procedures (civil injunction, possession, committal to prison) and other relevant Government legislation for tracking purposes. 

Furthermore, relevant experience of working in the field of community/anti-social behaviour/tenancy enforcement is desirable and experience of working with individuals with mental health problems & effectively managing casework would be beneficial.

In return for your skills the base salary on offer is £27k to £30k (dep on exp) + excellent range of employee Benefits.
