Salary: £19,000 - £22,500 per annum

M & D Care Limited a well-established company that provides residential and domiciliary care for adults with mental health and learning disabilities in the Swansea, Llanelli and Port Talbot areas. Due to expansion, we need Deputy Care Managers to join our friendly team.

Candidates must have proven management and supervisory experience within the care sector and have a sound knowledge of CSSIW and Care Council for Wales compliance requirements. QCF Level 5 would be desirable but not essential as a full training programme to obtain the qualification will be provided.

Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience but is in the pay scale rate of £19,000- £22,500p.a. An annual bonus scheme, pension contribution and mileage allowance will also be provided.
