Are you looking for your first step into your career in social care, look no further as Prospero Health and Social Care are looking for support workers to work with young adults with autism in a residential care setting.
No experience needed as Prospero Health and Social Care offers full in house training we offer the care certificate that covers the 15 disciplines of care and is now to replace the common inductions standards as set down by the CQC.
The ideal candidate will:
*Be a strong resilient character
*Be self motivated
*Have a caring and calm attitude and empathy with Young people and young adults.
*Have an ability to manage challenging behaviour
*The ability to manage challenging situations
Requirements:
*Be able to drive and have access to a car would be advantageous not essential
*An enhanced DBS check is required for all positions
*Minimum of two references to cover a period of 3 years
*Face to face interview
With flexible working hours to suit all requirements and a tailor made service to each candidates needs and requirements this could be the right role for you.
