Senior Business Analyst - Agile - Central Bristol - ??40-50K + 20% Non-Contributory Pension & Bonus
My FinTech 50 client are in need of a Senior Business Analyst to work closely with an experienced product owner and the team pick up business as usual projects. Balanced with this, my client wish to build the Agile Business Analysis brand and therefore need a 'proper' Business Analyst who has been exposed to user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting business processes and business rules. In return, the Agile Business Analyst will receive a salary of somewhere between ??40-50K + benefits that include an annual bonus and a 20% non-contributory pension.

The Agile Business Analyst duties will include:
- To employ structured business analysis techniques when problem solving and eliciting user stories from business representatives, including interviewing and facilitating workshops.
- Writing or refining user stories (with the product owner, other business stakeholders, and the team) and ensuring that the user stories are maximising value and adhere to INVEST principles.
- Define and document business rules and logic as appropriate to support the delivery teams understanding of the change.
Key Skills/Experience Include:
- Experienced within IT and ideally Financial Services fulfilling business analysis responsibilities
- Ability to handle relationships with business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the full agile software development lifecycle
- Understanding of structured techniques for evaluating business processes
