On behalf of our client based near Cheltenham, we are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their expanding team.

Being part of a current team of 8, you will be responsible for:
??? Processing high volume of payroll on a weekly, monthly, fortnightly and annual basis
??? Building and maintaining good relationships, liaising on payroll, employment and other issues
??? Ensure prompt and accurate processing of payroll data including processing statutory payments and deductions
??? Data handling and preparing reports and documentation
??? Maintaining accurate and concise record systems
??? Assisting with year-end processing including production of P60's
??? Support payroll team leader on day to day tasks when required

The successful person will have the following attributes:
??? Excellent time management and customer service skills
??? At least 4 years solid experience in PAYE and other payroll processes including RTI and AE
??? An enthusiastic self-starter with a positive attitude
??? Accurate and methodical with a keen eye for detail
??? Flexible - must be able to manage a number of tasks at the same time yet remain focused to complete projects effectively and on time
??? Excellent communication skills with a particular emphasis on telephone manner
??? Experience in manual and computerised payroll calculations ideally
??? Experience of liaising and corresponding with HMRC
??? Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
??? STAR payroll experience desirable although this is not essential
