An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join a worldwide engineering consultancy as a Trainee HR Administrator, providing administrative support to the busy Human Resources function.
The successful individual will be based in Bristol and will work closely with the HR Administrator and HR Advisor's in supporting the full range of HR administrative duties. The successful candidate will also be entitled to complete HR training accredited by the CIPD.
An enthusiasm for administration, good computer literacy and evidence of a good level of education are required. Specific training on all aspects of the role will be provided. Time off to attend college will also be given as part of the role.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
General administration of the HR database
Processing employee training requests
Managing the evaluation of training courses
Assisting with the annual appraisal process
Handling enquiries for a variety of HR issues
Provision of HR summary reports and statistics
Completion of weekly HR inductions for new starters
Managing employee queries via HR inbox / telephone
Completing employee references
General HR administration

Juggling a busy workload
Remuneration for this position will be up to ??14,000.00 per year. In addition, the successful candidate will receive 25 days annual leave, flexi-time, overtime and course fees funded by the Company
