We are looking for a fantastic office manager to be based in our Bristol office - supporting a very busy recruitment team. You'll need to have great administration skills, be a people person & a self-motivator coupled with a flexible attitude.
We work in the recruitment sector which means we are constantly on the go and need someone who is capable of managing a busy and varied workload. Your tasks will vary from writing job advertisements, to sourcing and speaking to potential candidates, and dealing with all the administration that comes with the office. You'll become a wizz with our database, learn the Food & drink market inside out and have a passion for getting things done! You'll also be quick off the mark and proactive - with a real sense of urgency to get the job done!
Key tasks will include:
* Finance - chasing those sales invoices, keeping track of sales & figures
* Administration - stationery, petty cash, KPIs and reports and being the go to person in the office!
* Relationship building - dealing with all our suppliers, job boards, events & marketing
* HR - keeping organised with holidays & sickness, contracts, offer letters, recruitment
* Charity - administration & event help required!
* Recruitment - resourcing for roles alongside consultants
You'll need to:
* Have an excellent phone manner
* Possess a positive outlook
* Know your way around a computer & Microsoft office
* Have good written English
* Be super organised
* Be a self-starter
* Have a great sense of humour with a mature work ethic
* Have previous experience in a similar role
