Senior Recruitment Consultant (Interim Management) - Bristol

Salary: up to ??40,000 basic plus excellent commission

Job Purpose:

To promote our client's brand and values in both an effective and professional manner
To develop business opportunities for Interim Management within your designated sector
To follow and manage the 360 degree recruitment life cycle
Demonstrate key differentiators of our approach at every stage of the recruitment process
Develop detailed knowledge of the Interim Project Management market and place deals within that market
Develop and maintain quality relationships
Provide a consistent high level of customer service

Role Responsibilities:

To investigate, understand & learn the key sector drivers
To build and grow the specific Sector Marketplace across the UK
To build, grow and maintain key candidate and client relationships within the chosen sector space.
Develop new business by consistently hitting Business Development commitments
To consistently hit Business Development minimum commitments on a weekly basis.
To consistently hit monthly deal targets
Take responsibility and be totally accountable for the success of designated sector

Core Skills :


Strong recruitment experience, (preferably sector specific, though not essential)
Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
Strong networking skills
Experience in placing mid-senior Interim professionals within any market sector.
Very articulate with excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to take responsibility and ownership
Strong work ethic
Proven success in sales environment
Very ambitious
Enthusiastic self starter
Have the ability and experience to work in a fast paced environment
