Trainee Recruitment Consultant (IT sector) - Bristol
Salary: ??18,000 basic salary plus excellent commission
Our client is a specialist Technology Recruitment Consultancy providing contract and permanent recruitment solutions to many of the UK's leading companies. They offer specialist expertise to their clients to help them save time and money in their search for mid-senior level IT talent across a range of industries.
Due to renewed growth and increasing demand from their clients, they have an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant!
To ensure you are successful they will provide you with:
??? Bespoke sales training on a regular basis to ensure that you are fulfilling your potential and earning as much commission as possible
??? Internal coaching on a group and individual basis
In order to apply, you will be:
??? Degree qualified with a solid track-record within a sales environment - either field sales or telephone sales.
??? Ambitious, assertive, polished and persuasive.
??? Driven to succeed with a strong work ethic.
