They are currently recruiting for a Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant to join the team. You must be an experienced recruitment consultant with a background in Trades & Labour (minimum 12 months proven track record of success. You will be a self motivated "go getter" with drive, enthusiasm and passion who will rise to the challenge and strive for success.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be a proficient communicator (both verbal and written) with excellent interaction skills, you will be a keen business developer and capable of a full 360 role.
You will be dealing with predominantly freelance positions therefore experience of working a temporary desk is essential. This is a KPI environment although the targets are individual and achievable; you will be money driven, target focused and eager to progress within the company.
The successful candidate will enjoy working with a fun but hard working team, a good salary and fabulous commission structure.
