A fantastic opportunity for Clinical Lead Nurse has arisen to work for a highly regarded care home organisation who are renowned for delivering excellent levels of care. This is a luxury award winning organisation who operate across the U.K and who have fully compliant care homes that achieve great CQC ratings.
The care centre is small sized and has been beautifully designed. They specialise in general nursing and dementia care for older adults. They are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead to provide effective leadership to the Nurses and support to the Deputy Manager and the Home Manager.
If you are a RGN or RMN with a good level of nursing experience seeking career progression then we would be happy to consider your application.
The successful Clinical Lead candidate will ensure safe administration of medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and medication policy. Report any ill-health amongst residents and make appropriate requests for GP and outside professional visit where necessary. You will be required to maintain professional development through attending and contributing towards staff training, supervisions and meetings, to comply with Health and Safety Policy and procedures at all times. You will provide strong leadership and support to RGN and RMN`s on the floor. As Clinical Lead you will ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals and in accordance with NMC guidelines
