??63,000.00 PA Home Manager required in the Frome, Somerset area. My client is a leading premier healthcare provider of dementia & general care delivered at high standards providing above & beyond care to their residents.

My client requires a dedicated Home Manager to manage a large luxurious nursing home in Frome, Somerset. The service offers dementia treatment to elderly. You will have a proven track record of maintaining excellent CQC/CSSIW compliance and the training and management of staff.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home and management of all staff, also building effective Teams and staff career development through regular performance reviews, succession planning and coaching for Team Member engagement The successful Home Manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills.

Skills and responsibilities for the Home Manager role:

- Day to day running of the service
- Recruiting new staff members
- Management of all staff
- Ongoing development and training of nursing team
- Monitoring patient care across the home
- Maintaining excellent CQC/CSSIW compliance
- Ensuring maximum resident occupancy
- Budget control
- Liaising with outside services

The successful Home Manager should:
