Alecto Recruitment is currently working with a long established and innovative Telecommunications company based in the UK. Our Client provides a range of voice, document and data solutions to over 4000 customers. This industry accredited company are now looking for a bright and enthusiastic Help Desk Engineer to join their team.


* Paying ??20000 - ??25000

Requirements / Qualifications

* Service desk experience with a technical background / Telecom Background.
* Flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
* Enjoys engaging with customers and building strong relationships.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Keen to learn new technologies.
* Ambitious and keen to progress in the communications industry.

Desirable Requirements:

* PBX systems/ Knowledge of VoIP /Knowledge of Telephony.

You will be based in their service centre in Burntwood and you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support on a variety of PBX Products. You must be able to work part of a team and individually and have a flexible attitude to working hours. Excellent rates of pay and benefits working for a busy, growing and friendly company.
