We here at Witton are working alongside a growing company seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join their successful sales team in pushing the company forward, developing new business.
You will be supported by sales managers, field sales agents and account managers to help you grow being rewarded with an uncapped commission structure and added incentives throughout quarterly periods.
The role will include:
- Approaching new business
- Working alongside desk agents and field sales agents to increase growth
- Working with a CRM system to record data collected
- Building rapport with clients
- Using sales techniques to set up appointments
- Managing inbound sale enquiries
The ideal candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic and hungry
- Naturally competitive by nature
- Willingness to learn and progress
- No telecoms experience is necessary but would help
- Ability to adapt to a proven sales training program
