Junior Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

Are you interested in a career in Software Sales / Account Management? This Warwickshire based software company are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join their friendly team, after experiencing a surge of international growth. No software sales experience required, either you have some general sales experience or you could be a fresh graduate. Clear path through to being an Account Manager within 12 months.

SALARY: ??20,000 - ??30,000 + uncapped commission (??10K first year roughly) and excellent package, to include 5% pension contribution, health care, death in service cover, 25 days holiday + statutory

LOCATION:Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire; commutable from Alcester, Evesham, Redditch, Worcester, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Warwick

We are recruiting for a Software Sales Executive to join this successful group of talented people. You will be tasked with following up on warm leads such as customers that have watched online demos, as well as identifying and successfully closing sales opportunities. Within 12 months, this person will move into an Account Management role if they have progressed successfully.

Your role will also include identifying new business opportunities within existing clients, as well as new customers, responding to inbound enquiries and making outbound calls following up from leads.
You could be somebody who already has some software sales experience, or perhaps you've done a sales role in a completely different industry and you fancy a move into the growing world of Technology. You will also be highly motivated and organised in following the defined sales strategy.

You will have the following skills and experience:
-Excellent communication skills - telephone, presenting, relationship building
-Highly motivated and enthusiastic
-Writing and reporting skills
-Highly organised - planning objectives, managing time
-Disciplined in managing and following a defined sales process
Due to the location of the office, your own transport is essential.
