An exciting people management role has become available with this ??1 billion market leading Japanese organisation. Managing a sales force of 16 Field Sales Executives, with 3 direct reports you can expect to earn a base salary of up to ??60K coupled with high on target earnings of an additional ??20K.
THE ROLE: The role of Sales Manager will see you developing a team of 16 field sales executives by working closely with the Regional Sales Managers who report directly into you. Managing teams who sell a range of industrial products your market sectors will consist of retail, hospitality, supply chain, logistics. This role is purely people management, coaching, mentoring, training, developing, recruiting and developing strategy. An exciting and fantastic opportunity.
THE PERSON To be considered for the role of Sales Manager, our client is looking for a Sales professional who can demonstrate that they have managed a team at either a regional or national level. Ideally you would have managed a team across the U.K, however, our client will consider those applications from candidates who have managed a regional team as a regional sales manager and who want to make that step up. It does not matter what background you have come from but people management is a must for this role.
