Business Development Manager - Integrated Service Provider - B&I - Nationwide - ??50/55k plus car and excellent OTE
The Role:
*
Manage and achieve retention targets for the Business & Industry Sector nationwide
*
Actively network across all clients and industry forums and professional groups
*
Culture fit and an understanding of the companies' ethos is essential
*
Review and understand profitability of existing contracts You will be financially savvy and extremely well presented
*
Proactively prospect the existing client portfolio, generating leads and opportunities to expand service offerings and demonstrating commitment to clients by developing high level relationships prior to tender
*
Actively support the rebidding process and work with the bid team to ensure the production and delivery of innovative tender documentation and presentations
*
Well spoken and an excellent communicator
*
Identify and develop sales skills throughout the team so that the conversion of opportunities is maximised
*
Work closely with the operational team to identify new service stream opportunities and contract critical dates and information.
The Candidate:
*
You will already have extensive experience selling soft services to manufacturing and professional, corporate clients
*
Have a proven track record of generating revenue through sales prospecting and client development.
*
Demonstrate experience in negotiations and tender process
*
Proven in sales
*
Evidence of new business won would be desirable
*
Culture fit is of the utmost importance
*
Have extensive experience within the soft services and FM market to include knowledge of the latest industry developments and innovations
*
Hold relevant industry qualifications and memberships but have experience of working across and delivering on multiple service streams
*
Be an active member/participant in industry networking and professional forums
