Sales Support Administrator - Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Salary ??17,500 - 6 month contract with a view to go permanent

Hours of work; 09:00am - 17:30pm Monday to Thursday & 09:00am - 17:00pm Friday

A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join a busy team within an expanding business on an initial 6 month period. This may become a permanent position.

The primary role is to support sales staff by preparing all client documentation. You will be responsible for the management of the database and to ensure all things office-based run smoothly and within the pre-set guidelines both in terms of quality and time.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

* Manage database input and run reports
* Compile confirmation and final documents for clients
* Updating website administration
* Liaising with clients on a regular basis
* Revise and update itineraries and dossiers
* Managing client files
* General administrative support (incl. post)
* Arranging flight reservations, communicate with consolidators
* Contacting overseas agents and organising payments
* Liaising with different departments / personnel (internal & external)

Essential Skills/Requirements:-

* Friendly and professional telephone manner
* Excellent written and oral skills
* Strong client service skills
* High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a pressurised environment and adhere to strict deadlines
* Microsoft Office, Internet, experience of bespoke CRM systems
* Varied administration and organisational skills
* Ability to work without supervision


* Paid Holidays - 20 days (increasing after two years of continuous employment)
* Salary - from ??17,500 + Bonus + Benefits
* Pension, Private Healthcare and Travel Insurance - Contributory after 6 month probationary period
