BMR Solutions is currently looking to recruit for a Sales Manager to work for our client who is a manufacturing company

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Bristol
Rate/Salary: ??40k to ??60k plus pension & private health insurance after 6 months.

The Sales Manager role is accountable for the delivery of the sales strategy, including exploitation of emerging markets, relationship building with current customers and increasing the volume of high quality sales in the market place. We aim to enhance the service offered to customers by providing bespoke solutions that solve their security headaches and offering complete confidence from the market leaders.
As International Sales Manager you will be based in their Bristol Headquarters, travel the world and get a unique opportunity to turn a successful business into the world leader in their equipment, whilst benefitting from great commission and company recognition.
Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing organization, ideally with security knowledge. Technical engineering knowledge would be useful. Previous sales team management is imperative.

??Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
??Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
??First point of escalation for the Sales Team with customer or performance issues.
??Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
??Proven ability to articulate distinct aspects of products and services and position .them against competitors.
??Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
??Exceptional listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
??Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
??A skilled people manager with the ability to influence and mobilise action within a team.
??Technical Engineering knowledge and a background in security products would be beneficial.


The day to day duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:
??Manage, motivate and develop the Sales Team of 4 staff.
??Set, monitor, analyse and report on targets, deadlines and achievements to improve sales numbers and quality of pipeline data.
??Implement and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.
??Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
??Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, selling bespoke solutions to solve their requirements.
??Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
??Act as senior secondary attendee at meetings to support the team.
??Deliver closure on complex deals.
