Sales Co-ordinator

This is a brand new role within a busy, established business based in South Gloucestershire. It is an exciting opportunity for someone to make the position their own, honing their internal sales skills while growing with the business.

The position would suit someone with some previous office based experience of internal account management, sales administration or a customer service role that requires upselling and providing quotation for instance. This role has growth potential and it would especially suit someone with an interest in marketing.

??? Will be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

The company is based in rural Gloucestershire, not far from Dursley so a driving licence and transport is most likely required

The role: Internal Sales Co-ordinator

??? Responsible for the administration of the company sales and marketing activities.
??? First point of contact for customers with enquiries, price and delivery, quotations for new business opportunities and information on the progress of existing orders and requirements
??? Search for new customers and business opportunities using the internet and industry media
??? Costing analysis of products and services, generating sales quotations and following them up through to closing the sales and processing sales orders
??? Involvement in the company sales and technical vetting procedures
??? Providing support functions and business information
??? Maintaining and updating the company's customer database
??? Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, technology awareness and competition ventures
??? In time - maintain and develop the company web site and adopt social media techniques for company

Remuneration:
Salary C ??18,000 - ??22,000 dependant on relevant experience
Office hours, Monday to Friday
