Stonewater are seeking a positive and proactive person who can join our sales and service team based in our Bradley Stoke, Bristol office. We need someone with initiative, and a can-do attitude, who can provide a first class support service to our home ownership customers.

Your efforts will play a key role in helping us to deliver excellence when it comes to shared ownership and ensuring property sales go smoothly.

Duties will include processing applications, providing admin support, issuing appropriate notices, dealing with legal matters and liaising with solicitors as well as providing support and guidance, and responding to conveyancing queries.

A multi-tasker with a confident approach and strong customer service skills, you should have excellent IT and keyboard skills combined with good literacy and numeracy. You should have the ability to work to high standards and use your own initiative to prioritise workloads along with a flexible approach.
