Head Chef / Management Couple

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Management Couple to take the helm of an establish award winning country pub & rosette Restaurant with rooms. This business has 7 great bedrooms and offers traditional craft beer and fresh seasonal produce. The Management Couple will have full operational control of the business, focusing on delivering and developing a great offer while controlling costs and driving sales.
The couple will need to be either one strong front House Manager and one Head chef. The Couple will oversee and take part in a refurbishment program to develop the business.

You will be supported by an small but excellent company and have systems and structures in place to help you, though you will have freedom to make decision that impact the business. Management couple earns according to sales so potential for good earnings are high for the right Management Couple.

The Ideal Management Couple will:
-Have been working as a Management couple for 2 years
-Be Friendly with a real passion for the pub trade
-Have Experience in both wet and dry sales
-Knowledge of British seasonal food trends
-Be proven Sales builders and have an entrepreneurial flair
-Need to build and manage a strong team
-A minimum of 5 years experience is preferred but not essential in the li trade
Location: Rock Near Kidderminster, Worcestershire
Salary: Salary Circa ??60,000 plus live in
