Role Description:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Input and reconciliation of Invoices for payment
- Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Office maintenance
- Tracking office supply inventory
- Answering phone calls and responding accordingly
- Maintaining accurate employee records.

Person Specification:

- Computing Skills
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Highly organised and flexible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Confident with a proactive attitude
- Excellent time management
- Ability to use own initiative
- Full, clean driving license (due to the remote location of their office)
