Purpose of the role and key duties:

* In broad terms the role is responsible for facilitating change in the organisation, covering multiple aspects (people, process, organisation structure, operating models, technology).

General responsibilities for this job will include the following:

* Manage project deliveries including business and technology components ensuring compliance with best
* Understand the implications of the business change required, including feasibility study, assessment of viable options, production of appropriate business case, risk
* Identify the benefits associated with the change and work with owners to maximise benefit realisation.
* Define migration path from current state to desired future state, considering time, budget and resource
* Utilise appropriate tools and techniques to support the change
* Deliver change in line with expectations of time, budget, benefits,
* Document business requirements and specifications, and ensure these are agreed at all levels throughout the business utilising formal
* Provide support to quality assurance, and system and user acceptance
* Respond to and resolve escalations on service performance though liaison with the business, business solutions and third party
* Undertake learning of IT offerings such as Office 365, Cloud, collaboration tools identify and provide business units with expertise and advice on how best to utilise within their business
