Position: 3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £35000 - £40000 per annum

Our company client is a well established business who are currently looking to appoint a driven and tenacious 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their talented team office based in Oxfordshire. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward thinking organization who truly invests in their people and future.
Background and key abilities required:
* 5+ years server support experience
* Active Directory, DFS, DHCP, DNS, NPS
* Hyper-V
* Basic network operations understanding
* Experience of supporting SME customers of similar scale to client (1500 staff, 50 offices spread across UK, EU, AP and US, 3 Regional Data Centres)
* MCSE or equivalent experience
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
* Strong documentation skills e.g. Visio, high and low level design documentation, operational documentation
* Good supplier relationship management
* Excellent communication skills
* Good time and priority management
Preferred skills and competencies:
* Azure
* SCCM Design, Installation and Administration of the full suite of components (E.g. Application Management, Compliance Settings, Inventory & Asset Intelligence, Operating System Deployment, Reporting, Software Metering, Software Updates)
* Application packaging, deployment and Group Policy
* Messaging, Lync
* Exchange, Office 365
* Monitoring toolsets
* Websense
* ITIL Foundation
* Any other Server qualification
