Job Description:

The team are looking for a senior b2b expert to implement a leading B2B strategy that will result in leads for all product/business units.


This role will develop and launch the client facing marketing plan for all product/business units
Using all channels to maximise lead generation and ROI
Managing the generation of marketing content and its distribution via a range of channels including web, blog, social media, newsletters
New Business & Retention strategies
Responsibility for the company’s Website & Content
Sales & Company materials, Sales packs, client testimonials, case studies
CRM (NetSuite) Opportunity/lead Management, Segmentation, Analysis & Reporting
Central point for external Conferences & Awards
Day-to-day management of B2B & CRM marketing team
Management of the marketing budget
Identification & Management of strategic partners with a view to increasing the brand's marketing reach
Analysis of campaign results via Google Analytics to ensure ROI

The successful candidate will have most of the following:

Will be educated to university degree, preferably in a marketing discipline or have CIM qualification
Will have 4-5 years proven marketing experience in services or education sector.
3 year line management experience will be a plus.
Excellent English, both written and verbal
A proven track record in the delivery of integrated marketing strategies.
Exceptional financial and analytical reporting skills.
Lateral thinker - be able to problem solve.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
A great team ethic with an international outlook.
Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels
We would like to meet someone have B2B Marketing experience targeting Higher Education industry, with strong people management.
