They are looking for a passionate and innovative individual to develop and lead the Trust’s Customer Involvement Strategy and facilitate its delivery, working in partnership with customers, colleagues and external agencies.
As their Customer Involvement Manager, you will campaign to promote and enhance customer service excellence and develop an environment where teams are empowered to put customers first. Reporting to the Service Lead responsible for Neighbourhoods, you will actively encourage customer involvement in all areas of the Trust’s work and maximise opportunities for involving and empowering customers. Introducing dynamic and innovative methods of involvement and exploring best practice in and out of the sector, you will develop processes and training packages to enable staff across the business to engage customers in the development and improvement of their services.
They are looking for an experienced professional who has a background in a customer service environment, preferably with a relevant professional qualification. With good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships, you will be capable of sharing good practice and ideas and provide specialist guidance, training and advice to others.
With a proven track record of managing teams, you will have an up to date and thorough knowledge of the work practices and procedures relevant to your service area and have experience of managing budgets and funding streams.
