Foundation Stage 2 Teaching Assistant
RBWM Scale 3, Range 14 - 17 (0,581 - £10,201 pro rata) 23 hours and 40 minutes per week, every morning 8.40am - 12.00pm plus Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon 1.15pm - 3.15pm, with 1 additional hour for planning and assessment • Term time only

We are looking for someone who:
• Holds an NVQ Level Three in Early Years
• Can form positive and caring relationships with children which motivates them to learn, grow and be
confident
• Shows initiative and the ability to be spontaneous
• Enjoys planning and leading play-based activities
• Has a passion for the outside classroom and knowledge of Forest school activities for the Foundation
Stage
• Is confident with the EYFS framework and its assessment procedures
• Is a good team player who is willing to contribute to the ethos and wider community of the school
• Possess excellent subject knowledge of early phonics, reading, writing and numeracy
• Has a sense of humour, combined with energy and enthusiasm
• Shares our commitment to CPD.
