Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £18,000 and benefits package (dependant on qualifications and experience)
The company is a highly successful training organisation, which operates as both a private limited company and a charity.

The company is now looking to recruit a forward thinking individual focused on maintaining a high quality and efficient administrative resource that supports all aspects of the business.
The company's Administrators work with the Administration Manager to ensure all stakeholders receive outstanding customer service and support.
The position includes administration for the company's Apprenticeship programme and other training courses.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role within an educational environment and be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration.
The successful candidate must also have:
- Experience of using the full suite of Microsoft Office programmes
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills inc. written, oral, email and telephone
- Meticulous attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality where required
- Ability to meet challenging targets and thrive under pressure
- Flexibility and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change
Although this position is based at the company's Scunthorpe site, a full driving licence is required as there may be a requirement to move around sites.
