Our company client is a fast growing international & commercial insurer who are currently looking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious Claims Procurement Manager to their talented claims management team based in London City. The employer is seeking an articulate Claims Procurement Manager to lead all claims procurement strategy across the EMEA region and ensure operational efficiency is achieved. Main duties for this position will include as follows:

* Lead and develop all claims procurement strategy across the region ensuring cost and claims efficiency expectations are met
* Work closely with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and build RFPs
* Value delivery and Contract Management
* Represent the claims vendor function at industry events and ensure all lines of business are marketed
* Demonstrate leadership in areas of spend, negotiation, contract implementation and compliance to guide stakeholders
* Work closely with the Claims Vendor Manager to lead sourcing management
* Provide guidance across the claims teams on all procurement matters

Background, knowledge and competencies required:

* Degree educated essential
* CIPS, ACII or equivalent professional qualifications highly desirable
* 5+ year's experience working in a procurement / service role, ideally gained at a reputable insurance brand
* Proven track record developing and implementing procurement strategy across spend and sourcing
* Ability to deal with senior technical claims managers
