We are a dynamic Property Sales company experiencing exponential growth and are adding to our team of Negotiators.
Our Negotiators focus on building relationships with potential customers and converting initial interest into contractual sales.
The art of success is all about building rapport, understanding the needs of potential customers and then selling a solution that meets their needs. It’s a fun and lively environment to work in with friendly competition amongst the team.
You need to be a naturally talented and highly motivated sales person who is attracted by the opportunity to earn serious money.
Property sales experience is not essential, it is about drive, motivation and the ability to build relationships with customers that can be converted to ‘sales’
In particular, you'll have a highly successful track record in (telephone) solutions selling and have exceptional drive, resilience, self-motivation, energy………and, of course, be motivated by the opportunity to earn significant commission
