Location: Ruislip, Middlesex

Work Pattern: 08:00 – 16:30

Ruislip High School is looking to appoint an experienced and highly efficient office manager. The role would suit a proactive and highly motivated person who will enjoy the challenge of working in a busy school environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of three and will be pivotal in the effective and efficient running of the school office, reception, medical welfare and administrative functions. The job will require both hands-on involvement as well as line management.

Previous experience of line management/staff supervision is essential. This position deals with a wide variety of people and therefore requires excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Ruislip High is looking for an individual who has the drive and passion to make a difference in Ruislip High School. The successful candidate will need to be extremely well organised, have exceptional time management, attention to detail and a high level of computer literacy.
