Our client is a busy and friendly small business who are looking for a sales office administrator to cover a maternity contract

  • You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers
  • Use of an in-house CRM system training will be given
  • Diary management and scheduling appointments for engineers to visit customers
  • Liaising with customers and dealing with queries and issues
  • Dealing with queries from fitters and locating them on site
  • An understanding of the sales process and invoicing is ideal

The successful candidate will have good administrative experience and be able to think on your feet and pick things up quickly.
